The first emblem that adorned El Gouna FC’s shirts is the town’s crest; blue alluding to the azure waters of the Red Sea and yellow refering to endless sandy beaches. The red starfish represents the abundance of sealife in the area.

2009 saw the arrival of a new crest, comprising of an orange crown, orange alluding to the primary colours of owning company Orascom, with yellow dots, perched on an orange and yellow shield, containing a football and the club’s name.
